Functional Sports for Teenagers
ABOUT: The training is intended for children from 12 years old - teenagers, to learn the correct basics of movement.
TRAINING BASIS: body strengthening teaching the most necessary movement basics, how to perform movements correctly, and working with all commonly encountered sports equipment. In order to ensure smooth assimilation of information and movements, training takes place only under the supervision of a trainer.
Functional Sports
ABOUT: Functional training for those looking for variety and wanting to have a large arsenal of moves in their exercise routine.
TRAINING BASIS: Dynamic five-part training consisting of:
- Warming up
- Mobilization
- Special parts of physical training
- General development of functional properties
- Stretching exercises
During the training, all energy zones work, as a result of which you get everything your body needs in one hour.
Breaking Fit
ABOUT: Interval lap training is designed for those who want a sharp and fast feeling of sport and a strong team spirit.
TRAINING BASIS: Exercises performed on a serial basis are arranged in such a way that the body experiences an appropriate load during the entire training session. All the exercises are simple and easy to understand, and the coach's supervision guarantees the best performance form.
Strength and Power
ABOUT: Strength training
TRAINING BASIS: pushing, pulling, squatting and bending. In training, you will learn and improve as you work on these basic core exercises, increasing maximal strength and power endurance. There will also be smaller exercises to target your core and smaller muscle groups.
Power Club
ABOUT: Weightlifting is unique in that it combines two main and very important aspects for the body: the ability to generate maximum force and a large range of motion.
TRAINING BASIS: Two basic performance techniques: "Snatch" and "Clean'n'Jerk" and other essential weightlifting exercises.
